Ingredients (for 4)
- 1 roll of rectangular puff pastry
- 120 g of sheep ricotta cheese
- 120 g of Mortadella Favola
- 30 g of walnuts
- 1 egg
Directions
Unroll the puff pastry and arrange the ricotta cheese over it, leaving the edges free. Then spread chopped Mortadella Favola and coarsely chopped walnuts over the top.
Roll the puff pastry, sprinkle the outside with beaten egg and cut into slices, then arrange them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Finally, bake in a 200°C oven for 10-15 minutes, and let rest before serving.
