A true institution, serving Emilian cuisine in the heart of Bologna, a favorite of singer Lucio Dalla for its authentic atmosphere and unmistakable flavors. The menu features great classics such as tortellini in broth, tagliatelle with meat sauce and bollito misto, mixed boiled meats, accompanied by excellent local wines.

Here, Favola is served plain, but in the fall season it may be paired with grilled porcini mushrooms, a combination in which the delicacy of the mortadella meets the intense, smoky notes of the mushroom to create the perfect harmony.
