Casa Zanni Restaurant – Villa Verrucchio

The traditions of Romagna have been at home for more than ten years at Villa Verucchio: a place containing centuries of history between its walls, and in its extraordinary wine cellar.

Piadina is cooked on the wood-burning stove, as in the past, for a unique aroma and unmistakable flavor. Accompanied by a very thin slice of Mortadella Favola, so that its softness combines with the crunchiness of the piadina, resulting in a dish that tells of all the passion and tradition of the local community.
