Salumificio Mec Palmieri honors chef Luca Marchini in the guidebook “Emilia-Romagna a tavola”

On the occasion of the presentation of the guidebook “Emilia-Romagna a tavola 2025”, Salumificio Palmieri attended the awards ceremony for Luca Marchini, chef and owner of the Michelin-starred restaurant “L’erba del Re” in Modena, and his “dish of the year”: turbot, onion, Taggiasca olives, brown stock, buttermilk sauce, herb-flavored olive oil, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar sauce and whisky: a complex dish combining multiple taste sensations.

The guidebook presents a selection of 150 restaurants, 30 pizzerias, 25 wines and 50 food products, including the famous, inimitable Mortadella Favola, a top-quality example of Italian excellence, the first mortadella to be bagged and cooked in its own rind.
