Bollo Blu takes its name from the historic custom of applying a blue stamp at the beginning of Salumificio Mec Palmieri’s history to distinguish mortadella during the production process. Today, Bollo Azzurro represents a product of great historical value, a symbol of Palmieri’s excellence.
