Salumificio Mec Palmieri rewards Massimo Bottura

At the presentation of the Emilia-Romagna a tavola guide, held at the Giusti vinegar factory in Modena, Salumificio Palmieri honored chef Massimo Bottura, owner of Osteria Francescana, a three-Michelin-starred restaurant in the historic center of Modena and internationally known.

Bottura was honored for his reinterpretation of the dish “This Little Piggy Went To The Market” a masterpiece capable of condensing fragrance and tastes from five continents.
