Zampone “Corte dei Pico” pays tribute to the traditions of Mirandola and the history of the Pico family, linked to the birth of this famous sausage during the 1511 siege of Mirandola. With strong roots in the local area, we wanted to create an exclusive zampone made from fine cuts of 100% Italian pork, flavored with natural aromas and delicate “sweet” salt from the salt flats of Cervia.
