Mortadella Favola Gran Riserva confirms its status as Italy’s best Mortadella in 2025

We are excited to announce that our Mortadella Favola Gran Riserva has been awarded Cinque Spilli by the Salumi d’Italia 2025 guide to Italian cured meats, confirming its status as Italy’s best Mortadella. This result rewards the passion and commitment that the Palmieri family has been pursuing since 1996.

We are honored to receive the Best Cured Meats of Italy award and to see our own Margherita Palmieri elected Young Person of the Year, a recognition of the talent of the new generation.
