Salumificio Palmieri has been included in Gambero Rosso’s Top Italian Food 2024, the publication dedicated to the best products of Italian agricultural and food excellence also appreciated internationally.

As many as two of the company’s products have received recognition: Mortadella Favola l’Originale and Zampone Corte dei Pico, two products that fully encapsulate the artisanal tradition of Salumificio Palmieri.
