As a key player on the Italian cured meats scene, Salumificio Palmieri will participate in Pitti Taste 2024, scheduled from February 3 to 5 at the striking Fortezza da Basso in Florence. The theme of the 17th edition of the event, an undisputed landmark in contemporary gastronomic culture, is “Colors are served!” A hymn to the joyful and convivial dimension of food, celebrated throughout the exhibition. At the Salumificio Palmieri stand it will be possible to taste samples of Mortadella Favola Gran Riserva and other products, in the Central Pavilion – Attic Level H6.
