Mortadella Favola looks forward to seeing you at Salumi da Re, a showcase of outstanding Italian food and wine coming up October 26-28 at the Antica Corte Pallavicina dei F.lli Spigaroli in Polesine Parmense, a hamlet in the municipality of Polesine Zibello (Parma).

Salumi da Re, an event organized by the Spigaroli brothers and Gambero Rosso, was created to highlight quality Italian charcuterie.
