Marcello Palmieri named ambassador of the Gnocco d’Oro fraternity
Marcello Palmieri, who, with his brothers, owns the Mec Palmieri meat curing plant in San Prospero, birthplace of the unique Mortadella Favola, recognized five times as Italy’s best mortadella by the Salumi d’Italia guide to the cured meats of Italy, has been named ambassador of the Confraternita dello Gnocco D’oro.
