The seventh edition of “SIMPOSIO, TRIUMPH OF TASTE” will take place in the Salone delle Fontane in Via Ciro il Grande 10/12 (EUR) Rome, from 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m..
Outstanding Italian companies will participate, presenting their products and offering tastings. The event is intended primarily for the trade, restaurateurs and industry enthusiasts (entrance will be reserved for members of the trade only on the 21st).
About 300 companies will share their excellence with an audience of professionals, at tasting counters in the exclusive, spacious and prestigious setting of the Salone delle Fontane. Three days will be spent in conviviality and serenity, among flavors and fragrances, where the History, Tradition and Future of food and wine come together.
